What are the regular check-in times?
Check-in is possible from 2 pm. Reception is open until 8 p.m., but later arrivals are also possible without any problems. If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance.
When is the check-out time?
The room is available until 11 am on the day of departure.
Can luggage be stored in the hotel?
Hotel guests are welcome to store their luggage free of charge if they arrive early or after check-out. Our reception will be happy to help.
Is breakfast offered and how much does it cost?
Breakfast is offered every day from 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. as a buffet breakfast with many regional & high-quality organic products. Find out more on the page Breakfast

Is parking available?
There are several options for arriving by car:
- Parking on the street (short-term parking zone / day tickets available)
- Parking in the Landstraßer Passage underground parking garage (please reserve in advance)
- Parking in the underground garage of the Galleria shopping center

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the house. However, there are numerous options for lunch and dinner in the immediate vicinity. One of the city's most popular authentic markets, Rochusmarkt, is just a few minutes' walk away. Numerous supermarkets and other shopping opportunities round off the offer.
Breakfast is offered daily from 7 am - 11 am.
How much does access to the sauna area cost?
Access to the sauna area is included for all hotel guests at no extra charge.
Is it possible to book without a credit card?
Credit card details are usually required to make a reservation. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us - we will be happy to create a reservation for you if you prepay the reservation amount by bank transfer.
Credit card details are collected securely via online booking - please do not send us credit card details by email.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
There are steps at the entrance, in the breakfast room and in some rooms. As the hotel is located in a historic building, this is inevitable. However, there are elevators to all floors once you have passed the steps at the entrance area. Find more details on the arrival information page.
