Free cancellation is not generally accepted.

In case you have to cancel for reasons of sudden personal sickness, cancelation fees according to the policy of the individual reservation apply. Please check with your travel insurance or credit card provider whether you have insurance coverage. We will issue a cancelation invoice you can use to claim against your insurance.

This policy is only valid for reservations placed directly with us. Policy as agreed upon at the time of booking as stated in the confirmation always takes precedence.

Cancelation fees for cancelations up to 3 month before arrival:
handling fee 40 € + no cancelation fee OR free modification of reservation (depending on availability, rate may be different for different travel dates; no reduction in total price allowed for modified reservation)

Cancelation fees for cancelations up to 1 month before arrival:
handling fee 40 € + cancelation fee of 40% of the full stay’s charge OR free modification of reservation (depending on availability, rate may be different for different travel dates; no reduction in total price allowed for modified reservation)

Cancelation fees for cancelations up to 7 days before arrival:
handling fee 40 € + cancelation fee of 70% of the full stay’s charge

Cancelation fees for cancelations less than 7 days before arrival:
handling fee 40 € + cancelation fee of 90% of the full stay’s charge
